Norri Transcoder development source snapshot

NORRI MODIFICATION — 20 September 2026
Norri changed libavfilter/yadif.h and libavfilter/yadif_common.c in commit
a01306d9c7d9393fcce2e66c0daffa4e8d29ecd4 to preserve progressive frame cadence
and caption timing in conditional field-rate YADIF deinterlacing.

This download contains development source only. It does not announce or
accompany a newly published binary or an Alpha release. It does not claim
a rebuild of the full dependency bundle.

Original attribution, component license texts, source, regression tests,
and build/packaging recipes are retained in the archive. See packaging/README.md
and doc/yadif-caption-regression.md after extraction. The recipes describe
potential build outputs and do not establish that an artifact was published.
